You should receive a direct link to your client portal login from the vendor or company you work with, usually by email or text message. That link takes you straight to your sign-in page.

The business you work with creates your portal account and controls what's shared with you.

You receive a direct link
They send you a personalized link to your portal. The address looks like yourcompany.clientserviceportal.com, where "yourcompany" is the business you work with.

You sign in securely
Use the credentials from your invitation email, or reset your password from your portal's sign-in page if you've forgotten it.
Don't have your link?
There is no general sign-in on this page because every portal has its own address. If you can't find your link, check your email (including spam) for a message from the company you work with, or contact them directly and ask them to resend your portal invitation.

Each business's portal is isolated. Only you and the company you work with can see your account.

Portal staff never need your password. No legitimate email or call will ever ask you for it.
